The City of Calgar has known about this new runway for 30 years, as well as the requirement for them to fund and build a tunnel before construction of the runway if they want to be able to keep a link to the NE. You should be getting mad at the City for not thinking ahead, especially when they had so mnay decades of advanced warning. Why is everybody going nuts about this now?
