Well it’s that time of year again, time to look ahead to spring in our beautiful community. It is also that time of year that we will be asking for your support in renewing your Coral Springs Community Association membership. If you are new to our beautiful community, we hope that you will become a new member.
Your support is crucial for us to continue work in many different areas in the community. For this issue, we have included a reminder of the difference between the Coral Springs Residents Association and the Coral Springs Community Association. Both are vital in keeping our community a wonderful place to live.
I know that in my house, $20 dollars does not go far. It does not pay for a night at the movies, nor does it even pay for take out anymore. However, for our community association your $20 membership fee means that we can continue with enhancement projects within the community (painting of the exterior fence). We can also continue to host events such as Park and Play and the Fall Festival. This will also help us to cover the operating cost of the community association so that we can continue to be involved in every aspect of our community at all levels which in turn maintains our standard of living.
